Tom is a seasoned business owner in the glass manufacturing sector, focusing on the repair and recycling of glass furnaces. Additionally, he is a real estate investor involved in a 468-unit project in Plantation, FL.
With three decades of industry experience, Tom revitalized an underperforming company with a staff of 10, achieving a remarkable 30% increase in revenue in his first year.
He is a firm advocate for the impact of positive thinking in the workplace and takes pride in enhancing efficiency and job satisfaction.

Alyssa is a devoted mother of two incredible little ladies, Brenley and Brysen, who inspire her every day. With a heartfelt dedication to health and wellness, Alyssa is a passionate advocate for bringing awareness to childhood cancer and Type 1 diabetes.
As a mother and businesswoman, Alyssa embodies resilience and compassion, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood.
Josh Farner

Josh is an accomplished business professional with a diverse educational background and a career in procurement management and analytics. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania, where he cultivated a solid foundation in business principles and practices. Josh also studied International Marketing at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, earning a Global Leadership Certificate that further enhanced his understanding of international business dynamics.
With a strong focus on both private and public procurement management, he has developed a reputation for his analytical skills and strategic insights, while driving efficiency and effectiveness in the organizations he has worked with.
Josh currently owns and operates a mattress business South of Pittsburgh, PA, where he combines his business expertise with his passion for providing quality products and excellent customer service. His location holds a perfect 5-star Google rating.
